Yes. Hemp protein is a whole food that has been consumed by humans for thousands of years. It's no different from eating other seeds like chia, flax, or sunflower seeds.

Each 65g PROPTIMAL bar contains 20g of complete plant-based protein.

Complete protein means the food contains all 9 essential amino acids that your body cannot produce on its own. Hemp is one of the few plant sources that's naturally complete.

Conscious Cocoa (our chocolate flavor) has zero added sugar. Citrus Circuit has 7.5g of sugar per bar, and Smart Cookie has 7.2g of sugar per bar.

PROPTIMAL bars have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture. Please check the "best before" date on your packaging.
